Inquiries received outside of those hours may have a longer response time. Please don’t send multiple messages outside of this form and be sure to check your spam folder for responses. Note that we are closed on Sundays, so it may take an extra day to respond if your form is received after close on Saturday. For urgent matters, simply contact the bakery directly at 561-265-5350. Refund / Cancellation Policy

Unless Two Fat Cookies must temporarily close, our Cancellation & Refund Policy will apply to any event for any reason (including the contraction of Covid-19). For cake/dessert orders, a non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of 25% is required to save the date. Should cancellation of a custom order be made prior to 7 days of your event date, a 75% refund will be issued if the order was paid in full. If only a 25% deposit was received, that will not be refunded. However, should you cancel your custom order within 7 days of your event, payment in full is still required. If you wish to make any changes to your order, they must be made 7 days prior to your event date. Some changes may not be possible as we get closer to your event date. Any exceptions made are at the discretion of Two Fat Cookies.
